JOHN CARY, 30 CM, YEAR 1810

ENGLISH POLITICAL TERRACED GLOBE BRAND "JOHN CARY", PRODUCED IN LONDON CIRCA 1810 (see section on Globoterráquea dating).
 
 Good general condition with some scratches and scuffs (see photos), the stucco sphere with the paper sections of the map glued by hand, preserving the original varnish, base and horizon in varnished wood, meridian arch in brass.
 
 Measures: 12 inches (30 cm) inside diameter, 43.5 cm outside, and 45 cm high.
