SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipments are made anywhere in the world, we guarantee professional packaging and care for your purchases, promptly informing the customer of the process of their order, as well as the tracking code when it is delivered to the transport company.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, for this we will provide a preliminary estimate since the costs depend directly on the size, weight and destination of each object. The merchandise is covered by insurance against loss and damage.
According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
If, when unpacking a part, you detect that it has suffered any damage during transport, let us know within 24 hours of receipt, send us photographs and a description of the problem, in this case, the shipping costs will be at our expense. When we receive it and verify what happened, we will refund the amount. After the 24 hour period we cannot be responsible for accepting the return.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased part, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 days. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The amount of the product will be refunded as long as it is in the same state in which it was sent.
